Full job description

As a Guest Service Team Member, you will:

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Sell and scan admission tickets
  • Assist with bookings and guest enquiries
  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and light meals
  • Sell souvenir photos and retail merchandise
  • Process cash and EFTPOS transactions
  • Assist with guest loading during busy periods
  • Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
