Are you a driven and experienced administration support professional who thrives on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships over the phone? Join our team and start contributing to the culture and client outcomes from day one!


A Day in the Life at FAA:

Your day starts with a team huddle to set the tone for the day and discuss priorities, you then action your priority tasks and emails and work with the team to ensure all critical jobs are completed for the day; such as calling Businesses and Clients to schedule appointments, send confirmation of appointment emails, prepare folders for appointments, set tasks, log into Business Portals to collect data and follow up clients for outstanding information.

You will need excellent an phone manner, attention to detail, strong math, English and computer skills and the ability to work quickly to succeed in this role.

Key Role Responsibilities

The successful applicants will be responsible for:

  • Calling businesses to schedule appointments
  • Calling clients to schedule appointments
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence
  • Prepare document preparation
  • Provide exceptional customer services to clients and staff
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records and databases (file noting, scanning, data entry)
  • Provide administrative assistance to all teams
  • Various administrative duties.

Skills / Attributes Required

Bubbly, friendly and professional phone manner

  • Excellent English, grammar and communication skills (your basic math & computer skills will be tested at the interview)
  • Open to be trained and learn new skills, both technical and intellectual (open to further study if necessary)
  • Be polite, courteous and friendly to both external clients and internal staff
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload- Effective administration and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • You must be extremely diligent with your ‘attention to detail’
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
