About the Role:

Are you looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? We are currently seeking Entry-Level Footwear Factory Hands to join our growing production team. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to learn specialised manufacturing skills and contribute to the production of high-quality footwear products in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with footwear production machinery, including glue application equipment, cutting machines, heat pressing machines, and other manufacturing tools.
• Follow production procedures, specifications, and quality standards to ensure products are completed accurately.
• Inspect products and identify any defects or production issues.
• Assist with general factory and production duties to support daily operational targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required — full training will be provided.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.18 per hour
