How you will make contributions that matter

Join our UHT team in Leongatha and play a key role in producing high-quality dairy products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating, maintaining and cleaning UHT plant and equipment in line with SOPs
  • Completing quality testing, sampling and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting other machine operations and packing activities
  • Actively maintaining high standards of Quality, GMP and HACCP
  • Participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working safely and modelling correct behaviours to ensure safety of all individuals, plant and product

About you

  • Previous experience operating machinery in a food or manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
  • Strong focus on safety and quality standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physically fit for manual handling tasks
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts across a 24/5 roster
