The Collective Initiative (TCI) is a fast-growing organisation working in partnership with Dream Maker Community Services (DMCS), a well-known and nationally recognised NDIS service provider. About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to support clients in their own homes across Sydney. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in their community.

No prior experience is required — we value attitude, empathy, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and daily living support
  • Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation

Essential Requirements
