Full Time Positions

Chesworth Dairy Partnership is a large scale commercial dairy farming operation based near Dubbo NSW. Our family owned dairy business operates alongside The Little Big Dairy Co, supplying high quality single source milk from our registered Holstein herd.

We are currently seeking multiple full time team members across the following positions:

  • Dairy Cattle Farm Operator
  • Senior Dairy Cattle Farm Worker
  • Dairy Farmer

These positions are full time and involve working within a progressive commercial dairy farming operation focused on animal welfare, milk quality, safety, teamwork and operational excellence.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Milking operations
  • Dairy shed operations and hygiene
  • Animal husbandry and herd health monitoring
  • Feeding and nutrition management
  • Calf rearing
  • Machinery and equipment operation
  • Irrigation and pasture management
  • Staff supervision and leadership
  • Record keeping and compliance
  • Maintenance and general farm duties

Requirements vary depending on the role level.

Dairy Cattle Farm Operator:

  • Minimum 2 years full time dairy farming experience OR Certificate III in Agriculture or equivalent qualification

Senior Dairy Cattle Farm Worker:

  • Certificate III in Agriculture or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years full time commercial dairy farming experience
  • Ability to assist in supervising and leading team members

Dairy Farmer:

  • Bachelor degree in Agriculture or related field OR minimum 5 years full time commercial dairy farming experience
  • Extensive dairy herd management and farm operations experience
  • Leadership and staff management capability

Salary ranges:

  • Dairy Cattle Farm Operator: $70,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation
  • Senior Dairy Cattle Farm Worker: $75,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation
  • Dairy Farmer: $100,000 - $120,000+ plus superannuation

Salary will be determined based on role level, qualifications, skills and experience.

Our vertically integrated dairy business processes and bottles premium single source milk directly from our family farm, supplying customers across New South Wales and the ACT.

We are currently seeking multiple full time team members across the following positions:

  • Dairy Processor
  • Senior Dairy Processor
  • Truck Driver

These positions are full time and involve working within a fast paced dairy manufacturing and distribution operation focused on food safety, milk quality, teamwork and customer service.

Responsibilities may include:

Dairy Processor and Senior Dairy Processor:

  • Pasteuriser operation
  • Milk processing and standardisation
  • Filling and bottling operations
  • CIP cleaning systems
  • Quality assurance testing and record keeping
  • Food safety and hygiene compliance
  • Equipment setup and troubleshooting
  • Production scheduling support
  • Team leadership and supervision for senior roles
  • General factory operations and cleaning

Truck Driver:

  • Refrigerated dairy deliveries

  • Experience operating processing equipment and troubleshooting preferred

Truck Driver:

  • Relevant heavy vehicle licence
  • Safe driving history
  • Experience operating refrigerated transport preferred
  • Ability to complete delivery paperwork and communicate effectively with customers and team members

Salary ranges:

  • Dairy Processor: $70,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation
  • Senior Dairy Processor: $80,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation
  • Truck Driver: $75,000 - $95,000 plus superannuation

Salary will be determined based on role level, qualifications, skills and experience.
