Casual Fit Model
At SHEIKE, we celebrate every body and every day—no matter the event.
We're currently seeking a Casual Fit Model to join our Production & Design team. This unique opportunity plays an integral role in bringing our collections to life, helping ensure every SHEIKE garment delivers the fit, comfort and confidence our customers know and love.
As a Fit Model, consistency of measurements is essential, as garments are developed and assessed against a standard sample size throughout the production process
If you have the required measurements, a positive attitude, and would love to work behind the scenes with one of Australia's leading fashion brands, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join SHEIKE?
Be Part of the Creative Process – Work closely with our Design and Production teams and contribute directly to the development of future collections.
Join a Fashion-Forward Brand – Experience the inner workings of an iconic Australian fashion retailer and gain exposure to the product development journey.
Celebrate Individuality – Become part of a supportive and collaborative culture that values authenticity, confidence and professionalism.
Enjoy the Perks – Attractive staff discounts and the opportunity to work alongside passionate industry professionals.
Your Role
As a SHEIKE Fit Model, you will:

- Try on sample garments to assess fit, comfort and proportion
- Provide clear and constructive feedback throughout the fitting process
- Assist in maintaining consistency across SHEIKE's size and fit standards
- Work collaboratively with our team to help bring designs to life
About You
- Reliable, professional and confident in your approach
- Comfortable trying on garments in a fitting environment
- Confident communicating feedback and observations
- Passionate about fashion and interested in the design and production process
- Previous fit modelling or fashion industry experience is advantageous but not essential
- Available to attend sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Required Measurements
As this role supports the fitting and development of SHEIKE sample garments, applicants should closely align with the following measurements:
- Dress Size: 10
- Bust: 93cm
- Waist: 73cm
- Hips: 102cm
- Height: 168cm – 175cm
What You'll Receive
- Competitive casual hourly rate
- Generous staff discount on the SHEIKE collection
- Exposure to the design and garment development process
- The opportunity to work with a passionate and experienced team
- A supportive and inspiring workplace culture
Join the Team Behind the Collection

Ready to Be Part of the Process?
Apply now and help shape the fit and feel of future SHEIKE collections.
Please include your current measurements and a recent full-length photograph with your application to assist us in assessing suitability for our current sample size requirements.
Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
