The Yiros Shop is a family-owned, Australian-based fast-food restaurant chain that's redefining the
experience of eating Greek-inspired street food. Born from a passion for authentic Greek flavours, our
menu is built on the very best fresh ingredients, and a dedication to bringing customers the perfect

Since our humble beginnings, we've grown to 15 restaurants across Queensland and beyond, making
the iconic Greek Yiros experience accessible to more people every day. We believe great food is more

We're looking for a Fast Food Restaurant Manager to join our Molendinar restaurant.

Job Description


Are you a motivated leader with a love for fast-paced environments, great food, and team success? Do
you want to run your own restaurant as part of a growing, family-owned brand? If you're ready to lead,
then we want to hear from you.
Fast food or quick service restaurant management experience is preferred. A minimum of 6 to 12
months management experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team. Lead by example and build a positive, inclusive culture
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including stock management, compliance,
scheduling, and team coordination
  • Customer Experience: Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of service. Every guest deserves a warm welcome and a great meal
  • Financial Management: Drive profitability by managing costs, maximising sales, and meeting KPIs
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health standards are upheld at all times
  • Brand Representation: Be a passionate ambassador for The Yiros Shop, reflecting our values of authenticity, quality, and community in everything you do
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 6 to 12 months management experience in hospitality or QSR
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on KPIs and financial performance
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • High standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences

Mandatory Requirements

  • I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online (free online, must be completed before starting)
  • Valid working rights in Australia (passport and visa grant letter for international workers)
  • RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
