Field Marketing

The Field Marketing team at GBG consists of regional marketing professionals across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Together, the team delivers account-based marketing, event marketing, and in-market programmes to support pipeline growth across each region. Field Marketing plays a key role in executing GBG’s go-to-market strategy and driving regional performance.

Field Marketing Manager - ANZ

The Field Marketing Manager ANZ will support the delivery of account-based marketing campaigns and in-person activations across the region. Working closely with the sales team, this role will help execute one-to-one and one-to-few account plans, contribute to buyer research, and support the development of targeted messaging and multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

What you will do

• Partner with sales to build account profiles and identify opportunities across both existing customers and new business
• Support the execution of account‑based field campaignsincluding in-person events and targeted outreach
• Help build campaign plans aligned to personas and specific accounts, to drive engagement and pipeline progression
• Contribute to content and campaign briefs, working with internal teams and external partners
• Gather feedback from the ANZ sales team and share insights with marketing to improve campaign performance

Skills we’re looking for

• Experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a technology environment
• Strong collaboration with sales and customer-facing teams
• Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense (or similar)
• Experience supporting event marketing, including planning and delivery
• Understanding of multi-channel campaigns across digital, ABM, content and events
• A proactive mindset with the ability to generate ideas and optimise performance using data
