Closer to home, and centrally located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, The Accor Salter Brothers Hotel Portfolio is now recruiting for a Finance Officer.
The Finance Officer will be within our hub and will oversee the following hotels:
- The Sebel Sydney Martin Place
- Ibis Styles Sydney Central
- Mercure Sydney Bankstown
- Mercure Sydney Macquarie Park
- Mercure Sydney Blacktown
- Mercure Sydney Manly Warringah
- Mercure Melbourne Southbank
- Mercure Newcastle
- Mercure Perth on Hay
- Mercure Brisbane Garden City
- Novotel Sydney City Centre

Job Description
What will you be doing?
- Ensure vendor information is up to date in A/R module.
- Ensure invoices processed in the A/R ledger are coded with appropriate supplier and general ledger account codes.
- Reconcile suppliers’ statement of account and follow-up for any missing invoices.
- Regularly monitor the A/R ageing report and follow up on any credit notes/missing invoices.
Qualifications
Your Skills and experience include:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role preferably in the Hospitality industry.
- Have an Accounting or related Degree
- Sound knowledge and understanding of general ledger coding and accounts structures.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
