Why Join Us?
This is more than a finance role.
We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, technology and business performance. You'll have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organisation, use modern reporting and analytics tools, and play a key role in improving how data is collected, analysed and used to drive decision-making.
You'll join a collaborative team that values curiosity, continuous improvement and innovative thinking, where your insights will directly influence business outcomes and future planning..
What You’ll Do:
- Turn complex financial and operational data into insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Develop reporting, analysis and commentary that helps leaders understand business performance and trends.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to solve business challenges through data-driven recommendations.
- Use technology and analytics tools to improve reporting capability, efficiency and decision-making.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and planning activities that shape Horizon Power's future direction.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, enhance reporting and create smarter ways of working.
What You’ll Bring:
- Advanced analytical skills and a genuine passion for working with data.
- Strong IT proficiency and confidence navigating financial systems, reporting platforms and large datasets.
- Experience using business intelligence and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx or similar platforms.
- The ability to translate complex information into practical insights and recommendations.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline, with CA/CPA highly regarded.
Ready to Make an Impact?
If you're a data-driven analyst who enjoys combining financial insight, technology and business partnering to solve complex challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
