This role will also support supply chain activities across assigned APAC categories, including inbound supply execution, purchase order lifecycle management, freight cost analysis, landed cost optimisation and process improvement.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong finance, commercial analysis or supply chain analytics background who enjoys working with data, partnering with stakeholders and turning insights into practical business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting, Forecasting and Cost Analysis

  • Provide monthly inbound freight and operating expense reporting across key APAC markets
  • Lead budget versus actual reviews with relevant stakeholders across Opex, freight, landed cost and cost optimisation opportunities
  • Prepare budget versus actual performance reporting in Power BI and support monthly business review packs
  • Analyse financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and cost optimisation opportunities
  • Support month-end closing activities, including operational accruals analysis and financial accuracy of supply chain related costs

Business Analysis

  • Provide ad hoc business analysis across sales operations, cost of goods, inventory and assigned supply chain categories
  • Analyse data to provide insights on trends, cost drivers, margin impact, working capital implications and improvement opportunities
  • Perform financial modelling, ROI analysis, break-even analysis and scenario modelling to support business decisions and supply chain trade-offs
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide clear, practical and commercially focused recommendations

Reporting, Dashboards and Insights

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel across APAC markets
  • Support reporting across revenue, cost, sales, inventory, freight, landed cost and supply chain KPIs
  • Automate reporting processes where possible to improve accuracy, efficiency and repeatability
  • Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, reliable and useful for decision-making by business managers across APAC

Financial Systems, Controls and Process Improvement

  • Review and maintain data accuracy and integrity across financial and operational systems
  • Streamline reporting processes through automation and improved ways of working
  • Drive continuous improvement across operational and financial processes
  • Maintain strong financial discipline and a control mindset across reporting, purchase order activity, accruals and cost analysis

About You

You will be analytical, curious and commercially focused, with the ability to work across finance, operations and supply chain stakeholders. You will enjoy working with data, identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting insights in a clear and practical way.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in business analysis, financial analysis, commercial finance, supply chain finance or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end reporting and operational accruals
  • Knowledge of cost of goods, inventory, inbound freight, landed cost and supply chain cost drivers
  • Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft tools, Excel, Power BI and data management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A positive mindset, strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement approach

Why Join Us?
