Delivering exceptional financial solutions to more people
Be part of a leading wealth management and advice-driven organisation
Permanent opportunity based in Parramatta
The opportunity to join our team
As a Financial Planner at Bridges Financial, you’ll be accountable for managing the advice needs of existing clients, the conversion of prospective clients and the introduction of new clients to Bridges. You’ll do this by proactively sourcing, engaging and managing client referrals and key referral relationships, and leveraging the evolving Insignia Financial digital platforms and Advice processes to drive productivity, compliance and client engagement.
Client experience and care is the forefront of this role, being a seasoned professional, you’ll contribute to client experience, improvement initiatives and coach clients to adopt evolving technologies and processes. As a team player, you’ll work collaboratively with supporting team members and seek out opportunities to coach and mentor colleagues and continuously build capability of the broader team members, to ensure high levels of cross skilling and deep technical knowledge.
What you will bring:
To ensure you can hit the ground running, you are RG146 Compliant and have passed the Adviser exam (mandatory for Authorisation). Additionally, have been through an approved course in Australian Tax Law and a course in Commercial Tax. If you also have an approved degree, it will help your application stand out from the rest.
You’re an expert in Financial Advice, someone who loves to drive growth and build relationships while you always deliver an excellent client experience. You enjoy working collaboratively, inspiring and developing others as you share your knowledge and expertise in the field. Oozing integrity, adaptability and innovation, you’ve got what it takes and are passionate about taking your career to the next step with the Bridges Team.
Make your move. Make your mark.
What gets us excited about working here? Helping people do more with their money. From those starting out to those retiring. As your team, we’ll show up for you and together we will create financial wellbeing for every Australian. Because we know people who are confident about their financial future live better lives.
If this sounds like your kind of career, you sound like our kind of person. Here, you’ll be making a positive impact in people’s lives straightaway and every day. In this role, you will help shape insurance outcomes for members across our Corporate Super products.
Along the way, you’ll be free to learn new skills, grow, and get great things done. Around here, we like to call it “putting our fingerprints on the future”.
Showing up for every Australian
We’re one of Australia’s leading financial wellbeing organisations, helping people feel good about their money. This starts by helping our people feel good about working here. That means flexibility.
