Support critical Finance applications. Drive continuous improvement. Enable better business outcomes.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to support the administration, operation and ongoing enhancement of our Finance applications landscape. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with systems and data, and partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and drive operational excellence.

Working within a dynamic and evolving environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring Finance applications operate effectively, support business requirements and continue to evolve to meet future needs.

What you'll be doing

Support the administration, configuration and day-to-day operation of Finance systems and associated platforms.
Monitor system performance, incidents and service requests, coordinating timely resolution of issues and defects.
Manage user access, system controls and periodic access reviews to maintain operational integrity and compliance.
Support month-end activities, monitoring processes and business continuity requirements.
Investigate and resolve data exceptions, processing issues and source system rejects.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and system optimisation.
Partner with Finance, Technology and business stakeholders to support enhancements and operational initiatives.
Contribute to projects, system upgrades, implementations and transformation activities across the Finance applications environment.
Maintain system documentation, procedures and knowledge resources to support governance and operational effectiveness.
Continuously develop knowledge of Finance applications, emerging technologies and best practice ways of working.

What you'll bring

2+ years' experience in Finance Systems, ERP administration, Finance Operations, Business Systems or a related environment.
Exposure to enterprise Finance applications and financial business processes is desirable, but not essential.
Understanding of accounting principles, financial processes and data flows.
Experience supporting system enhancements, operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Technology and business teams.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining robust controls and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A curious mindset with a willingness to learn new systems, technologies and ways of working.
