Full job description

We are currently seeking exceptional restaurant waiters with a professional manner to work at Union, University and Schools Club from Monday to Friday for Lunch service 11 am until 15.30pm.

Union, University and Schools Club is located on Bent Street, just a short stroll from Martins Place and Circular Quay. UUSC is a members Club only and provide breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as functions and corporate meetings.

We require people who are guest orientated, friendly, attentive and have a "can do" attitude to WOW our members and guests.

Your key duties will include:

  • Knowledge in wine, other beverages and service
  • Experience in A la Carte service
  • Set up and break down dining rooms
  • Maintain cleanliness of all food service areas
  • Refill stock, cleaning of glassware and utensils

You will have:

  • Preferably education within the hospitality industry
  • 2 years’ work experience within hospitality,
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Flexible availability to work across 5 days of the week (Monday-Friday)
  • An eager to learn and develop your skills
  • Rights to work in Australia.
