  • Grow your career with genuine development pathways across Federal Group
  • Join a team that genuinely cares about each other, our guests and our community
  • Live and work on the iconic East Coast, with days off spent exploring beaches, coastal walks, local wineries and wildlife

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Working across our restaurant and lounge, you'll deliver warm, personalised service while showcasing Tasmania's renowned food, wine and produce.

You will:

  • Deliver genuine, attentive service that reflects Saffire's luxury standards
  • Build authentic connections with guests and create memorable moments

  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing team
  • Take pride in maintaining the exceptional standards and attention to detail Saffire is known for

You’re someone who:

  • Has proven experience in a premium hospitality or luxury environment
  • Values genuine connection and takes pride in making others feel welcome
  • Brings a natural sense of care, professionalism and attention to detail
  • Has a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Is reliable, flexible and committed to being part of a consistent, high-performing team
  • Holds a current driver’s licence and has reliable transport due to the remote location
  • Is available to work with us from July/August through until April or beyond

We offer an environment where people stay, grow and take pride in what they do and where they live. Many of our team build long-term careers with us, supported by development opportunities, strong leadership and a culture that values connection and consistency.
