Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performing clinical team.

Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred dialysis care.

Manage clinic operations, workforce planning, and resource allocation.

Drive quality improvement, risk management, and accreditation activities.

Monitor and improve clinical performance and patient outcomes.

Manage budgets and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives.

Develop and support staff through coaching, education, and performance management.

Foster strong relationships with nephrologists, healthcare providers, patients, and families.

Ensure compliance with AHPRA standards, organisational policies, and quality frameworks.

Lead clinical governance activities, audits, and quality improvement projects.
About You
You are a confident and collaborative healthcare leader who is passionate about clinical excellence and staff development. You have the ability to balance operational priorities with a strong focus on patient care and team engagement.
Essential Requirements:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.

Current practising certificate.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing or Health Management.

Minimum five years' relevant nursing experience.

Proven leadership and clinical management experience.

Extensive haemodialysis nursing knowledge and experience.

Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and risk management.

Strong financial, operational, and workforce management skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

High level of computer literacy.
Desirable:

Certificate IV Training and Assessment

Clinical educator/adult learning experience
