Full job description

Flexible wedding work - Flowers supplied - No client chasing - Melbourne & Victoria

Flower Club is looking for experienced florists to join our growing wedding team.

We have weddings and events booked across Melbourne and Victoria and are looking for talented florists who simply want to design beautiful flowers without having to run the whole business around it.

This is different from traditional freelance florist work.

You don't need to:

  • Find your own clients
  • Quote or deal with couples
  • Source wholesale flowers
  • Organise flower deliveries
  • Manage wedding logistics
  • Run your own florist business

We handle that side.

You focus on what you love — creating beautiful floral designs.

What the work looks like

Depending on the wedding, you may:

- Design bouquets, arrangements and wedding florals at our studio or your own workspace

- Work from a clear floral brief and reference images

- Receive all flowers and materials supplied by Flower Club

- Work alongside our team on larger weddings

- Occasionally assist with delivery or venue setup if you'd like additional work

Some jobs may simply involve coming in for a few hours to design the flowers. Others may be larger wedding production days.

We'll agree on the work and payment before each job.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for florists who:

  • Have professional floristry experience
  • Have experience with weddings or events (preferred)
  • Can create quality work from a brief
  • Are reliable and punctual
  • Have a good eye for colour, form and composition
  • Can work independently when required
  • Take pride in their work

You do not need your own florist shop or established business.

You may be a:

  • Freelance florist
  • Wedding florist
  • Casual florist looking for extra work
  • Florist returning to the industry
  • Experienced florist wanting flexible wedding work
  • Florist working from a home studio

Why work with Flower Club?

More flowers. Less business admin.

We take care of the customer, flowers, planning and logistics so you can focus on the creative work.

You choose the availability that works for you, and we'll offer suitable wedding and event work as it becomes available.

There is no requirement to commit to every job.

The opportunity

Flower Club is building a long-term floral production team across Melbourne and Victoria.

We're looking for a small number of reliable florists to become regular members of our team, with the potential for consistent wedding work throughout the year.

If you love floristry but don't necessarily want to spend your time finding clients, sending quotes and organising flowers, this could be a great fit.

Apply with:

  • A short introduction
  • Your floristry experience
  • Your general availability
  • Your Instagram or portfolio (if available)

We'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $27.01 – $39.57 per hour

Benefits:

  • Employee discount
  • Employee mentoring program

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melbourne VIC
