Full job description

We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our florist team!

Whether you’re an experienced florist, junior florist, trainee, or someone who has a genuine passion for flowers and wants to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for flowers and floristry
  • Is creative and has an eye for detail
  • Is reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Has a friendly and positive attitude
  • Enjoys helping customers
  • Can work well independently and as part of a team
  • Is interested in developing their floristry skills
  • Floristry experience is a bonus, but not essential for the right person

The role may include:

  • Creating bouquets and flower arrangements
  • Preparing and caring for fresh flowers
  • Assisting with customer orders
  • Learning floristry techniques and design
  • Helping with weddings, events and special occasions
  • Maintaining flower displays and a clean workspace
  • Providing friendly customer service

Training can be provided for the right junior or trainee.

Location: Bexley 2207

Position: Casual
