Meat Processing & Packing – RogueRaw

Full-Time | Mon–Fri | 8:30am–5pm

RogueRaw is Australia’s leader in premium raw, natural pet nutrition. We specialise in exotic, organic, and ethical human-grade ingredients, and we’re growing fast.

We’re not looking for a drone factory worker — we want a hands-on, reliable, detail-focused team member to join our raw food processing crew, with genuine potential to step into a team leader role for the right person.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for accurately portioning, packing, and preparing our raw pet food products, keeping the workspace clean, and helping organise stock in cooler and freezer environments. If you work hard, follow process, and show initiative, there are real growth pathways here.

What You’ll Do

  • Portion, weigh & pack raw pet food to exact specifications
  • Pick & fulfil customer orders accurately
  • Work in cooler/freezer rooms as needed
  • Keep production areas clean, sanitised & food-safe
  • Assist with stock organisation & loading deliveries
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflow and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in food production, meat handling, or warehouse environments
  • Comfortable working in cold environments
  • Physically fit (able to lift 15–20kg)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures
  • High attention to detail and hygiene
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and step up
