Calling All Juniors and New Starters, Want to work in a café ?or you already enjoy the Cafe buzz and life? Love the talking to people? Want to work in chilled and relaxed environment? At our café, our All Rounders/FOH crew are the heartbeat of our venue and they are the ones the community keep coming back for. Besides the normal Hussle and Bustle of coffee life, we can still maintain our smile and banters here and there.
If you’ve got true grit, precision, and personality, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain that service speed during peak periods without losing the cool.

Share your hospitality knowledge and skills and help train new starters.
Jump in where needed – no job too small, no ego.
- Keep it Real -
Ensure stock levels are high , maintain well organised café during mid-rush.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and compliance – no shortcuts.
Deliver every shift with energy, consistency, and pride.
Key Requirements:
1+ years in hospitality experience but not essential can train the right person.
Sound knowledge of café policies and procedures or willing to obtain it.
Fast, consistent, and confident under pressure.
Customer service with personality.
Team player who lifts the whole team when the work load is high.

*New starters to the industry wanting to break in or wanting their first job
*Juniors and School leavers (Junior rates apply depending on age)
*VISA holders have that wiliness to be a go getter and be part of the coffee industry.
