What You’ll Do (Making a Real Impact)

You won't just be checking boxes; you’ll be changing lives. Your day-to-day will focus on:

True Companionship: Building real connections, reducing isolation, and supporting emotional wellbeing.

Independence at Home: Helping with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes safe and comfortable.

Community Connection: Getting clients out and about—driving them to social activities, beach walks, shopping, and vital appointments across the Coast.

Health & Safety Monitoring: Keeping accurate care records and proactively reporting any changes in health or wellbeing to protect our clients.

What You Bring to the Team

We value heart, reliability, and professionalism above all else. To set you up for success in Queensland's care sector, you will need:

Experience in Care: A solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.

The Essentials (QLD Requirements):

• A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current Australian First Aid & CPR Certificates.
• An open QLD Driver’s Licence with a reliable, insured vehicle.
• A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one quickly).
• Qualifications: A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right industry experience!
