The Opportunity
We are currently seeking passionate and talented Cooks to join our Culinary Team across multiple outlets:

Banquets – creating memorable dining experiences for events and celebrations.
In-Room Dining – bringing comfort and creativity to our guests in the privacy of their rooms.
Mode Kitchen & Bar – showcasing modern Australian dining with a seasonal focus.
Pastry – crafting indulgent desserts, breads, and cakes with artistry and precision.

As a Cook at Four Seasons, you will work with a diverse and dynamic team, learn from world-class chefs, and gain exposure across different areas of our operation.

What You Will Bring

Previous culinary experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.
