We are seeking an organised, personable, and energetic Team Assistant for a 6-month fixed-term contract to provide crucial support to the bustling Foxtel Media Sydney Sales Team. You will be a central point of contact, responsible for streamlining, tracking, and prioritising activities across the team's operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while supporting a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities


As the Team Assistant, you'll be the organisational backbone of our dynamic Sydney Sales Team. Your role is all about ensuring the team can perform at its best by providing seamless support. On any given day, you will:
  • Be the go-to person for the team, helping to prepare compelling sales presentations, reports, and meeting documents.
  • Master the team's schedule by managing diaries and coordinating complex national and international travel arrangements.
  • Act as a central point of contact, professionally handling calls, managing emails, and welcoming guests to our office.
  • Work closely with our marketing and communications teams to help organise engaging internal and external events, and assist with press releases and internal updates.
  • Play a key part in our client relationships by assisting with the management and distribution of corporate ticketing.
  • Keep the team's operations running smoothly by managing office and travel expenses and assisting with a variety of day-to-day activities.
  • Help keep projects on track by taking notes in meetings and following up on action items.

About your experience


  • Previous experience providing high-level administrative support to a dynamic team, preferably within a sales or media environment.
  • Exceptional collaboration and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confidence and experience managing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Previous experience managing daily diary schedules and appointments for a team.
  • Experience working within the media and advertising industry and a sound understanding of the Australian media landscape would be highly advantageous.
