About the RoleWe are seeking energetic Casual Section Waiters to join our bustling team at Darling Harbour. This role is designed for hospitality professionals who thrive under pressure and enjoy the challenge of a high-volume floor. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated section, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable meal in our busy, high-pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a section of 30+ guests with efficiency and professional flair.
• Provide high-volume service while maintaining a high standard of attention to detail.
• Make expert menu and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized section to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Waiter or Server in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm while managing large sections.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in making menu recommendations.
