Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining & Events

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a premium fine-dining restaurant and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, hospitality, and restaurant presentation.
• Plan and execute weddings, private parties, corporate events, and other functions.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, service, events, and support teams for seamless operations.
• Lead, train, and supervise restaurant and events staff.
• Conduct team briefings and ensure staff follow service, grooming, and operational standards.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Ensure smooth execution of events from setup to closure.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and hospitality standards.
• Manage high-pressure situations while maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role.
• Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, weddings, banquets, or events.
• Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple operations and events simultaneously.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and during events as required.
