About the Role

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Host to join our team on a casual basis. As the first point of contact, you will be the face of Ananas, setting the tone for a premium guest experience. This role is perfect for a confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for providing gold-standard customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and professional poise.
  • Manage restaurant reservations and floor flow effectively to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation at the front of house.
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to coordinate service and guest needs.
  • Handle guest inquiries with a positive attitude and attentive detail.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver a premium guest experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presentation.
  • Highly organized with the ability to remain calm and welcoming under pressure.
  • Must hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • An eagerness to learn and grow within a world-class hospitality group.
