  • Excellent knowledge on Fresh Produce, including product names, varieties, sizing, specifications, quality and potential quality issues for each line
  • Very high organisation skills, time management skills and people skills
  • Able to effectively manage a team
  • Can follow through with assigned tasks
  • Able to analyse and improve systems efficiencies
  • Moderate computer skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Can work to deadlines
  • Must have experience in Fresh Fruit and Vegetable
  • Driving License
  • Forklift License
