Full job description

The Role

As a front-of-house team member, you will:

  • Welcome and seat guests with genuine warmth
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and answer questions about the menu, including dietary requirements
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Process payments and handle the till/POS
  • Take and manage phone and takeaway orders
  • Set, clear and reset tables; keep the dining area clean and presentable
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly
  • Handle guest feedback politely and pass on anything important to management

What We're Looking For

  • Reliability above all, you show up, on time, every shift
  • Availability to work nights and weekends (essential)
  • A love of food and of people, you enjoy hospitality, not just tolerate it
  • Clear, friendly communication skills
  • RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
