The Coffee Club Bendigo cafe restaurant is actively hiring for front of house and enthusiastic all rounder to join their team on casual/ part time or full time basis.

The Coffee Club is a franchise system where expectation of their customers are high but genuine. So , we are looking for team members that have high regard for customer service and love having a chat with their guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent hospitality services by serving food, coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while engaging with Saint Haven members and guests, proactively suggesting menu items and beverages
• Assist members and guests with any questions about our food and beverage offerings
• Educate members on our diverse range of products and services to inspire them on their wellness journey
• Interact with members and guests in a respectful, calm, and professional manner
• Anticipate and cater to the preferences and needs of our members
• Always present yourself in a neat, tidy, and professional manner
• Follow daily checklists to ensure cleanliness and high standards in all areas
• Collaborate and build strong working relationships with your teammates
• Oversee the general cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
• Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere for members and guests
• Complete opening and closing tasks efficiently

Pay: $26.44 – $44.87 per hour
