Job Title: Cook / Cafe Supervisor – Café 63 Raintrees (Manunda, Cairns)

Pay: $73,000

Job Description

Café 63 Raintrees in Manunda is seeking two long-term team members to join our café:

1. Cook

  • Prepare and cook menu items to a consistent standard
  • Manage food preparation, portioning, and kitchen hygiene
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering food supplies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards

2. Cafe Supervisor

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations and customer service
  • Supervise and coordinate café staff during shifts
  • Handle staff rostering support and day-to-day floor management
  • Ensure quality and consistency of service delivery
