Receptionist (Full Time or Permanent Part-Time)
Enhance Physiotherapy is looking for a highly organised, people-focused Receptionist to join our team in our Thornlie clinic. This is a full-time leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys leading a front-of-house team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
About the Role
As our Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic. You will be responsible for maintaining high administrative standards, supporting fellow reception staff members across other clinics, and ensuring every patient interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations and workflow
- Ensure a professional, welcoming experience for all patients
- Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and patient communications
- Liaise closely with clinicians and management to ensure efficient clinic flow
- Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and professionalism in reception areas
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, and proactive, with strong leadership and communication skills.
You will ideally have:
- Previous medical or allied health reception experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience supporting or leading a small team
- Confidence with scheduling systems and general admin tasks
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
