To be successful in this role you will need

  • At least 1 year work experience in customer service field
  • Be flexible with work times
  • Reliable, a team player, able to multitask
  • Ability to learn and willing take on challenges
  • Willing to train new staff members

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists in with dental treatments
  • Process dental instruments and maintain a clean and tidy work environment
  • Schedule patient appointments and perform follow-up confirmation communication
  • Communicate bookings and patient needs with patients, dental staff and suppliers
  • Process payments, health insurance rebates and other claims
  • Maintain patient records and other computer systems and databases
