What’s on offer?

Are you a passionate, friendly and committed individual, seeking to re-enter the workforce, upskill, or simply wishing to join a dynamic and engaging environment? Our Northern Construction business is now seeking a Receptionist to maintain reception duties and welcome visitors, working Monday to Friday from 9am – 3pm*.

• This is a part time position to suit school hours or allow time for other commitments, and as a result hours of work can be negotiated.

Your Contribution

• Maintaining reception and phone management, as well as the greater team when required.

• General administration and data entry, including maintenance of records, fuel cards, e-tags and databases.

• Ordering and coordination of IT equipment.

• Employee travel bookings.

• Coordination of catering, ordering of groceries and ensuring front desk and rooms are clean and tidy.

How will you connect to the role?

Ideally you will have transferable skills, or a strong desire to learn on the job. A proactive and can-do attitude, with an ability to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently to self-manage tasks. You will exhibit professional acumen and communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Finally, strong attention-to-detail, and prioritisation skills with a focus on quality outcomes, will see you hit the ground running in this role.
