Labelling & Quality Check Operator – Day ShiftBrisbane | Temp-to-Perm | Early Morning Day Shift
Join a Growing Fresh Produce BusinessAre you detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment?
We are currently seeking a Labelling & Quality Check Operator to join a well-established fresh produce business based in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in quality assurance, production, and fresh food manufacturing.

About the RoleWorking as part of a busy production team, you will play an important role in ensuring fresh produce is correctly labelled and meets quality standards before reaching customers.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Printing and distributing labels accurately to production lines
  • Conducting final quality checks on fresh fruit and vegetables
  • Identifying and reporting quality issues
  • Supporting stock replenishment and inventory duties
  • Updating production and quality information in computer systems
  • Following food hygiene, workplace health and safety procedures
  • Working closely with the production team to maintain smooth workflow
  • Assisting with general production duties during busy periods
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good computer and system skills – tech-savvy is essential
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, production, food manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar environment is highly regarded
  • The ability to work independently and follow processes and instructions
  • Excellent reliability and punctuality
  • A willingness to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks
  • The ability to work comfortably in cold-room conditions
  • A strong understanding of workplace hygiene and safety
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to commence work at 4:30am
