Travel Coordinator / Receptionist — Contract | Immediate Start

We're recruiting for a well-established global manufacturer with a strong footprint across Australia. Their team of Managers, Engineers, and Technicians are constantly on the move, servicing equipment on sites across the country and this role is the engine room that gets them there.

You'll split your time between front-of-house reception and running the show on corporate travel booking flights, accommodation and car hire, managing visas, liaising with their travel management company, and keeping the whole operation running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel for a busy, mobile team
  • Managing the front desk visitors, calls, mail, and general office flow
  • Working closely with the CFO and Finance team on travel reporting and spend
  • Being the go-to person who makes complex logistics look easy
  • Reporting to the HR Manager
What we're looking for:
  • Proven corporate travel booking experience this is essential
  • Reception or office administration background
  • Confident with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Someone organised, discreet, and unfazed by a fast-paced environment
  • Available for the full contract: 27 July – November 2026
