You’ll have the chance to work alongside our fantastic Gaming team, and we’ll support your development by paying for your Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) qualification.

We have exciting part-time opportunities available to join our Gaming team as Customer Service Superstars!

The purpose of this role is to:

• Create memorable experiences for our customers
• Educate customers about what’s happening at the Club, our product offerings and membership rewards
• Consistently and proactively deliver exceptional customer service
• Embrace the Club’s Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix
• Comply with Club policies and procedures, including RSA/RCG requirements
• Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area
• Be willing and able to work across a variety of areas within the Club
• Be open to training, development and learning all aspects of the Club
• Help us continuously improve and contribute to a constructive culture where everyone feels welcome

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• A willingness to learn and grow
• A strong health and safety mindset with high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• A genuine and reliable team-focused attitude
• Flexibility across the Club’s operating hours, including split shifts, late nights, weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience working in hospitality
• A current RSA and RCG certificate
