Full job description

We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at Club Leeds in Footscray. You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.

Club Leeds is located in the heart of Footscray in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. The bar is a great place to have a drink with friends, whilst punters are well catered for with TAB facilities, open 7 days a week.

What will my duties include?
  • Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
  • Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.

What we are looking for:
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Customer service skills.
    • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
