Gas Station Manager jobs

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our fuel station and convenience store.

Key duties include:

• Managing day-to-day store and fuel station operations
• Supervising and rostering staff
• Providing excellent customer service
• Managing stock ordering, deliveries, and store presentation
• Handling cash, banking, and daily reporting
• Monitoring fuel/shop sales and assisting with price checks
• Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance procedures are followed
• Reporting maintenance or operational issues to management

Requirements:

• Previous retail, fuel station, or convenience store experience preferred
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Reliable, honest, and well-organised
• Ability to work independently
• Flexible availability, including weekends if required
