About the role:
As an Inclusion Support Additional Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting Educators to make a difference in a child's early education journey. - Access funded training and professional development opportunities to build your skills in inclusive education.
- Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting children of all abilities.
- Passion for connecting with young children, keeping them engaged in play-based learning, and celebrating their growth and development.
- Working with Children Check, police check & completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module and National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
- Relevant qualification - not required, but it will attract a higher hourly rate.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem solve.
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
At Gateways you will find more than a job - you will find purpose. Every role contributes to safe, high-quality supports and positive outcomes for people with disability and their families. You will be part of a team that celebrates individuality, fosters belonging and creates opportunities to learn and grow.
