General Manager Medical Device jobs

Job Responsibilities: The core responsibility is to establish and operate a global two-way cooperation system for medical device registration. Specific tasks include:

1. Cross-border Two-Way Cooperation Development and Full-Process Operation (Core Task): Responsible for establishing a closed loop for two-way cooperation in medical device registration business both domestically and internationally. Focusing on overseas markets such as Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, and Saudi Arabia, while leveraging our qualifications to undertake business in major global regions.

Business Output: For medical device registration projects undertaken by the company in Colombia, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and other countries, independently develop local compliant peer companies. Responsible for the entire process of business liaison, cooperation negotiation, agreement signing, project progress tracking, and coordinating local registration services. The overseas partner completes the project delivery, and the company pays the cooperation fee as agreed.

Business Input: Promote the company's medical device registration technical service capabilities in China, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other regions to global overseas partners. Connect with the overseas partners' client registration needs, reach cooperation agreements, and provide professional and compliant registration services. The partner pays the corresponding service fee.

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in spoken English, proficient in cross-cultural business negotiations and external liaison, with clear, efficient, and professional communication logic;

2. Strong written communication skills, capable of independently drafting business documents, cooperation documents, work reports, and other forms of documentation;

Salary and Benefits System

1. Competitive Salary: Guaranteed annual base salary starting from $75,000, with a salary structure of base salary + performance bonus + quarterly bonus + year-end bonus, providing comprehensive incentives;
