DROP-IN SUPPORT WORKERS WANTED Northern Beaches | North Shore | Inner West | Western Sydney

Not your standard support work role.

We are currently expanding our Drop-In Support Team across Sydney and are looking for reliable, adaptable and compassionate support workers ready to work in highly rewarding environments with ongoing support, training and career progression opportunities.

• Mt Colah – Complex Behaviour Support, ASD & Mental Health • East Lindfield – Community Access & Social Support • Allambie Heights – Cooking & Daily Living Support
  • Lane Cove – High Physical & Complex Care Support
  • Mosman – Psychosocial & Daily Support
  • Balgowlah – Community Participation Support
  • Carlingford – High complexity / Full Daily Living Support
  • Botany – Morning Routine & Behaviour Support

SUPPORT TYPES INCLUDE

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking support workers who are:

• Confident working independently • Calm, reliable and consistent • Open to ongoing training and buddy shifts • Passionate about person-centred support • Experienced or willing to learn complex support needs

Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

• Behaviour Support Plans (BSP) • Mental Health Support • High Intensity Supports • Epilepsy / Seizure Management • Manual Handling & Mobility Support • ASD & Psychosocial Disability Support
