Receptionist

Rich River Golf Club is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Guest Services team.

As the first point of contact for members, guests and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating positive first impressions and supporting day-to-day operations across the Club.

In this position, you will handle a broad range of front-of-house and administrative duties, including accommodation enquiries, reservations, guest check-in/check-out and general Club support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage accommodation enquiries, reservations and package client requirements

• Prepare guest documentation, vouchers and housekeeping information

• Provide friendly, professional assistance to members, visitors and sporting committees

• Communicate clearly, courteously and efficiently

• Process payments for sporting committees, debtors and motel guests

• Ensure accuracy in guest accounts and application of charges

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in reception, administration or customer-facing roles

• Strong customer service skills and cash-handling accuracy

• Professional phone manner and confident communication style

• Ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure

• High standards of presentation, accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
