Baldasso Cortese (BC) is seeking a proactive, commercially focused Business Development Manager to generate and convert new opportunities, strengthen key client relationships and build a healthy forward pipeline across our architecture, interiors and design practice.

This is a hands-on, external-facing role for an experienced business development professional who understands consulting and professional services. You will identify prospects, reach senior decision-makers, develop opportunities before they reach market and position BC’s Directors, Principals and sector specialists to secure new commissions.

Bring your edge

You know how to turn insight and relationships into results. You have personally originated and won professional-services work, bring established networks across Victoria’s property, development, government or institutional markets, and are confident initiating conversations with new prospects. Strong commercial judgement and polished communication are essential; experience in architecture, project management, interior design, engineering, property, development or construction consultancy is highly regarded.
