Graduate Engineer Regional jobs

We are a well-established and quality-focused organisation delivering Building Essential Services (Fire Protection) across the construction industry. Due to continued growth, we are seeking two motivated Junior Engineers to join our Project Management Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career engineers looking to gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects while working alongside experienced Project Managers and technical specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination and engineering support activities
• Support site inspections, scope assessments, and project documentation
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Assist with quality assurance, compliance, and reporting requirements
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within budget and programme requirements
• Travel to project sites across Sydney and occasionally Regional NSW (typically 2–3 weeks at a time)

About You

• Degree or qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Building Services, or similar), or relevant industry experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Knowledge or experience in building services, construction, or essential services will be highly regarded
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Valid WHS White Card
