The Opportunity

We are seeking a Graduate IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Melbourne team. This role is ideal for a recent IT graduate looking to start their career in a fast-growing organisation.

You'll gain hands-on experience across core IT support functions, acting as the first point of contact for end users in a structured and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Log, prioritise, and manage incidents and service requests in the ITSM platform
  • Resolve common issues including password resets, account setup, connectivity, and software support
  • Prepare, configure, and deploy end-user devices to standard build requirements
  • Maintain accurate hardware/software asset records in the CMDB/asset register
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or the Team Leader as required

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Windows desktop environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and standard business applications
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
