Full job description

About The Role

Help turn business ideas into real change
Every system upgrade, cleaner workflow, or digital project needs someone who can make sense of the detail and keep people aligned. That could be you.
At FDM, you start with up to 12 weeks of full-time training in our Skills Lab, then move into client project work with one of Australia’s leading organisations. We match you to a role that fits your strengths, interests, and career goals.

Start dates: rolling intake. Apply now.

Your first 12 weeks
You will get hands-on with Excel, SQL, business intelligence tools, agile delivery, project planning, execution, and AI integrations. You will learn how requirements are captured, how workflows are written, and how change lands in a business.

Roles you could move into
  • Business Analyst: understand business needs, gather requirements, and help teams shape better systems or processes.
  • Project Support Analyst: track plans, update documents, coordinate actions, and help projects stay on schedule.
Where it leads: as you build experience on client projects, the path opens up into more senior roles across business analysis, project management, change management, and business process improvement.

"I'm helping the businesses teams turn complex rules and messy processes into clearer stories, smoother ceremonies, and better decisions"—Anumol Shanmughan, Business Analyst at a global insurance company
