The Opportunity

Integrated Fitness Burwood is currently seeking a highly motivated Certificate IV Personal Trainer to join our team.

Your career begins with a comprehensive 12-week induction program where you’ll learn:

• Technical mastery of exercise prescription, programming, and exercise science principles from our Exercise Physiologists.
• Sales and business management skills – how to attract, convert, and retain clients so you can run your PT career like a successful business.
• High-level coaching skills – delivering sessions that are safe, effective, and built on evidence-based principles.

Are you the one?

To succeed with us, you’ll be someone who:

• Has Cert III & IV in Fitness.
• Is passionate about health and fitness, with a drive to continually upskill.
• Has strong communication skills and can easily connect with clients.
• Wants to grow as part of a multi-disciplinary team of like-minded professionals.

Our most successful trainers are confident, approachable, and motivated to not only get results for their clients but also to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalised training programs.
• Deliver one-on-one training sessions, ensuring correct technique and progression.
• Motivate and hold clients accountable to their goals.
• Track progress and make evidence-based adjustments.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle to support holistic wellness.
• Collaborate with exercise physiologists, chiropractors, and other team members to provide integrated client care.

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $60.00 – $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
