As a Graphic Designer with expertise in video and motion graphics, and web design with great Figma program skills, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our platform and captivating our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual assets, including videos, motion graphics, illustrations, and designs, to enhance our brand presence across various platforms.

• Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement engaging visual content for social media campaigns, website banners, email newsletters, and other digital marketing initiatives.

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our website and mobile app, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Take ownership of the creative process, from conceptualization to final execution, while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to the established style guidelines.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques, bringing fresh ideas and innovative strategies to the team.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and content creators, to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user journey.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Graphics Design.

• A strong portfolio showcasing video and motion graphics, and web design with great Figma program skills.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in creating user-centered designs.

• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, color, and typography.

• Strong project management, time management, and multitasking skills.

Skills of the Candidate

• Expertise in video editing and motion graphics, with a keen eye for storytelling through visuals.

• Proficiency in using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets.

• Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices for creating engaging and responsive websites.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
