About the Role

We are seeking a creative and highly organised Graphic/Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the online presence of our restaurant group. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who understands hospitality, loves food culture, and knows how to turn moments into engaging content.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple venues while ensuring each brand maintains its own voice and identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily social media activity across platforms including Instagram, TikTok & Facebook.
  • Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions
  • Attend venues to capture live content (service, dishes, events, launches)
  • Plan and manage content calendars for multiple restaurant brands
  • Work closely with venue managers, chefs, and marketing team to align promotions and campaigns
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner
  • Track performance, insights, and trends; provide regular reporting and recommendations
  • Stay up to date with social trends, hospitality marketing, and platform updates
  • Assist with influencer collaborations, giveaways, and campaign execution

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years’ experience in social media, preferably in hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content strategies
  • Confident in short-form video creation and basic editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
  • Graphic designing skills (Adobe and Canva)
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an understanding of tone and brand voice
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple venues and deadlines
  • Comfortable working nights or weekends when required for content capture
  • Passion for food, restaurants, and hospitality culture

Desirable

  • Experience working with multiple brands or locations
  • Photography and videography skills
  • Understanding of paid social or boosted posts
  • Influencer and UGC experience
