We are a Greek Restaurant with 4 locations across Melbourne. Our people play a major part in our success and that's why we want our people to be our brand ambassadors. You need to love serving guests and providing a true hospitality experience.

We are a high volume restaurant environment, so we are seeking vibrant, dynamic and hard-working staff who would add to the overall environment for our restaurant.

To be successful you will have:

• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Delivering professional, friendly and informed customer service to all guests
• Focus on overall success of the restaurant and customer service
• Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
• Respond efficiently to all customer enquiries

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter (Essential)
• You need to have excellent service standards and engaging customer-oriented approach. We don't want order takers.
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• The ability to demonstrate superior team playing skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment
• A passion for customer service
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Valid RSA Certificate
• Wine and Greek food knowledge will be highly regarded, but not essential
• Must be available Friday and Saturday Nights
